  1. Cancelling Your Order

    • Medicines: Due to safety reasons, once an order for prescription medicines has been dispatched from our pharmacy (you will receive an email when your order is dispatched), you will be unable to place a cancellation. If you wish to cancel, this can be done before your prescription is dispatched, please contact us promptly at [email protected] or 01992 329953.
    • Non-Medicinal Products: Orders for non-medicinal items can be cancelled any time before dispatch. If the order has already been dispatched, you may return the items in accordance with our returns policy detailed below.
  2. Returns Policy

    • Prescription Medicines: We are unable to accept returns of medicinal products unless the product is defective, damaged, incorrectly delivered or incorrect due to safety considerations.
      If you have received the wrong medication or if it arrives damaged, please contact us immediately so we can arrange a suitable resolution, either by replacement or refund.
      If your medication was not successfully delivered and returned to us within 30 days of the attempted delivery, we can reschedule a delivery at your original address or a different address.
    • Non-Medicinal Products: Non-prescription products may be returned if they are unopened, unused, and in their original condition and packaging. Items must be suitable for resale, and any seals must remain intact.
      Pharmacy + Me must be notified of the return within 14 days from the delivery date so we can authorise the return.
      You must send the product back within 14 days once return authorisation has taken place.
  3. Refund Process

    • Eligibility for Refunds: Refunds will be provided for items that meet our returns criteria, including incorrect, faulty, or damaged goods.
    • Refund Timeline: Once we receive and inspect the returned items, refunds are typically processed within 7-10 working days. Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used during purchase.
    • Shipping Costs: Refunds will not include the initial shipping charges unless the return is due to our error: Wrong, faulty or damaged items.

  5. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

    Pharmacy + Me must be notified as soon as possible for faulty, damaged, or not as described items (Apart from pictures of medicines which may show a different brand on the website).
    • If we ask you to return items using a method other than our standard pre-paid options, we will reimburse the reasonable cost of the return.
    • Products should be returned in the best possible state so please take reasonable steps to ensure that the items are returned to us without further damage or loss, even if the original packaging is not available.
    • Items should be returned as soon as possible, preferably in their original packaging. Please take appropriate measures to protect the items during shipping.
    • Promptly notifying us of any issues with your products will help us and our delivery partners to investigate and resolve the matter effectively.
