    We offer several delivery options to ensure your order reaches you in the most convenient way:
    • Standard Delivery: Delivered within 2 – 3 working days.
    • Express Delivery: Delivered within 1-2 working days.
    • Next Day Delivery: Orders placed before 12 pm on a working day will be delivered the next working day. Orders placed after 12 pm will be delivered the day after next.
    • Same Day Delivery: Available for customers within certain postcodes. Orders placed before 12 pm will be delivered the same day.

    • Express Delivery: £4.39

    • DHL: DHL is a global leader in logistics and express delivery services, known for their speed, precision, and reliable handling of sensitive shipments like medicines. DHL ensures your package is tracked in real-time and arrives safely at your location. With a strong reputation for efficiency, they are the perfect choice for time-sensitive medical needs, ensuring peace of mind with every delivery.
  4. Dispatch Times

    Orders placed before 12 pm on a working day (Monday to Friday) are typically dispatched on the same day. Orders placed after 12 pm or on weekends and bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.
  5. Receiving Your Order

    • Signature on Delivery: Some orders, particularly those containing prescription-only medicines, may require a signature upon delivery.
    • Missed Delivery: If you are not available to receive your delivery, the courier may leave a card with instructions on how to rearrange delivery or collect your parcel.
  6. Prescription Medicines Delivery

    Prescription medicines will only be dispatched once a valid prescription has been approved by our healthcare professionals. Delays in providing required information or prescriptions may affect delivery times.
  7. Tracking Your Order

    Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking details so you can monitor your delivery status. The courier will inform you of your delivery date and provide an estimated time window for when it will arrive.

    Please note that medicinal items cannot be returned unless they are faulty or incorrect.
    Non-prescription items can be returned by notifying us within 14 days of receiving delivery, provided they are unopened and in their original packaging. For more information, please refer to our Returns Policy.

All orders are discreetly packaged for your privacy, using durable and tamper-proof materials to safeguard against damage.     • Delivering through letterbox: When it is safe for certain medications to be delivered through the letterbox, we offer this convenient option. Patients will be asked to confirm and tick this option at checkout. However, it’s important to carefully consider whether letterbox delivery is suitable for your household, especially if there are children or pets who may have access to the package.
