Furthermore, we offer pharmacy medicines (P), over-the-counter medicines (OTC), and diagnostic self-testing kits.

Your account serves as your personal medical record and should not be shared with others.

  • Online Questionnaire Consultations: We offer online questionnaire which requires honest answers for your condition, which will be screen by our independent prescribing pharmacist who can prescribe medications based on your needs.
  • Medicines: We supply prescription-only medicines (POM), pharmacy medicines (P) and over-the-counter (OTC) medicines.
  • Self-Diagnostic Tests: We provide a range of self-diagnostic tests, which come as testing kits and can be done at your own peace.

5. Use of Our Website

All content on our website is intended for informational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice. We strive to keep information up to date but cannot guarantee its accuracy.

6. Placing Orders

Orders can only be placed by individuals who are at least 18 years old, legally able to enter into contracts, and residents of the United Kingdom.

  • Prescription Only Medicines: Orders for prescription medicines are subject to approval following an online consultation or questionnaire. We reserve the right to refuse a prescription if it is deemed clinically inappropriate.
    Orders may require further information which can be done through a confidential consultation, assessed by a Pharmacist Independent Prescriber. Additional information may be requested via email or phone.
  • Order Confirmation: Once you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation. This email is acknowledgment of your order, not acceptance. Acceptance occurs when we dispatch the product. We reserve the right to refuse orders, including due to stock unavailability or at the prescriber’s instruction, and will notify you of any refusals with a full refund if payment has already been processed.
  • Payment: All prices are in GBP (£) and include VAT unless otherwise stated. Delivery charges are excluded. Payment is required at the time of order placement via the payment methods provided on our website, using credit or debit card.

Ensure all information provided during the ordering process is accurate, current, and complete. Any errors in the order process are your responsibility. We are not liable for mistakes made in the information you provide.

7. Delivery

Pharmacy + Me is using third-party delivery companies, therefore, we cannot guarantee on delivery estimates, and we will not be responsible for any delays that is outside of our control due to third-party couriers.

We aim to dispatch orders promptly; however, delivery times may vary based on location and product availability.

Delivery charges are as specified at checkout.

8. Cancellation and Returns

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us immediately. Cancellations are not possible once the order has been dispatched.

  • Medicinal Products: Due to safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of prescription medicines unless they are faulty, damaged or incorrect.
  • Non-Medicinal Products: Returns of non-prescription medicines are accepted within 14 days of notifying the pharmacy, provided they are unopened and in their original packaging.
